Boyfriend attacked with stripper pole and hot cooking oil.

While a stripper pole and oil might sound like the makings of a fun night, last Sunday evening did not go as planned for one Texas couple.
Sarah Howell of Killeen, Tex., has been charged with assault with bodily injury after allegedly attacking her boyfriend with a stripper pole, slapping him and pouring hot cooking oil on him. Police visited her home after receiving a call about a violent domestic disturbance, KDH News reports.
The arrest affidavit states that when police arrived at the house they found a badly scratched-up man covered in sweat and discovered Howell crying in her bedroom. Howell proceeded to tell them that her boyfriend had assaulted her.
But Howell's boyfriend's cellphone said otherwise, according to the Washington Examiner. The man had taken a video that allegedly captured Howell slapping him and pouring cooking oil on him in a rage. He says the video stops at this point because he needed to run away as his girlfriend chased him with a pink steel stripper pole.
Howell was also arrested in 2010 for assaulting her boyfriend with a gardening tool, and she has been arrested several other times since then, the Killeen Police Department told The Huffington Post. It is unclear whether the boyfriend involved in the 2010 case is the same man Howell is currently dating.
Howell was arraigned Wednesday on $5,000 bail.

Teen Gil Charged with Sydney Stabbing Murder

Teen girl 'happy' with murder charge

Apprentice chef Patrick Crowe

A TEENAGE girl who allegedly verbally abused and threatened apprentice chef Patrick Crowe just before he was stabbed to death appeared "strangely happy" today after being charged in relation to his murder.
The 15-year-old, who can't be named, yesterday became the fifth person arrested in relation to the stabbing murder of Mr Crowe, who died in hospital after he was attacked on a Parramatta street early last month.
The 22-year-old apprentice chef from Windsor was attacked near the Argyle St bus interchange following a night out with friends after his group exchanged verbal taunts with three girls.
Police allege the girls called a group of males to the area and they then attacked Mr Crowe and his friends.
The teenage girl, from Greystanes in Sydney's west, who was allegedly one of the female gang, was charged with being a principle in the second degree to the murder, affray and concealing the crime.
She appeared in Parramatta Children's Court this morning on a video link and smiled to the courtroom as she heard she would be staying behind bars for now.
Magistrate Anthony Spence noted the seriousness of the charges after the girl's lawyer said his client wasn't applying for bail and asked for her to return to the court on Thursday.
"You need to remain in custody for now until next Thursday, at least," he told the girl.
"Ok, thank you," the 15-year-old replied.
"She seems strangely happy about the whole process," Mr Spence said after the girl had gone off the screen.
Her mother and sister arrived at the court just after the girl's brief appearance, but they left without speaking to media.
Police earlier said several items had been seized from the girl's home and the property would be subject to forensic examination.
Christopher Brilliantes, 21, from Wentworthville, has been charged with stabbing Mr Crowe to death. He remains in custody and is next due to appear in Parramatta Local Court on September 13.

COCHRANTON, Pa. -- Authorities say two lesbian lovers tortured and murdered 20-year-old Brandy Stevens-Rosine, an Ohio college student who was beaten and buried alive in a shallow grave behind the women's secluded home.
Details of the May killing were revealed for the first time at a preliminary hearing this week for Ashley Marie Barber, 20, and Nichole "Jade" Olmstead, 18, who a judge ordered to stand trial on charges of homicide and conspiracy.
Krysti Horvat, a close friend of Stevens-Rosine, was in court to hear police and prosecutors present the gruesome evidence. "The night before the detectives told us some of the details so we would not be so terribly surprised, but even after that it was still shocking to hear what Brandy went through," Horvat told The Huffington Post. "She was like the little sister that everyone would want to have, and for her to be brutally murdered is unfathomable."
Stevens-Rosine, a popular sociology student at Youngstown State University, left her home in Beaver Township, Ohio, on the morning of May 17 for an impromptu meeting with Olmstead, whom she had once dated. Despite the breakup, the two remained in regular contact.
"Brandy had been in love with Jade, and they were together about a year before they broke up," Horvat said. "Jade then started going with Ashley, but anytime Jade needed anything Brandy was there. She had even recently driven to Baltimore to give Jade a ride to where she wanted to go."
The reason for Stevens-Rosine's get-together with her old flame remains unclear. Stevens-Rosine drove 75 miles northeast, across the state line and into Pennsylvania. Her destination was a home on Drake Hill Road in Wayne Township, Crawford County, east of Cochranton, owned by Barber's parents. Barber and Olmstead had been living together at the address.

Girls aged 13 and 14 charged with attempted rape of 12 year old boy

Teen girls charged with torture of 12-year-old boy

JESSICA JOHNSTON  |
AN autistic boy was kidnapped, tortured, bashed and sexually assaulted after he was allegedly set upon by two young girls during a depraved and sickening attack in suburban Townsville last weekend.
The 12-year-old boy was riding home after fishing in a creek, when he was pulled from his bike and dragged into a house that was under construction on Sunday morning.
He was then subjected to a prolonged and humiliating assault allegedly at the hands of two girls, aged just 13 and 14.
The boy was bashed, threatened with a knife and stripped naked before being sexually assaulted during the terrifying ordeal.
The young victim managed to escape and ran next door, screaming for help, where the home owners took him inside and phoned his mother. The boy's mother, who cannot be named as it would identify her son, yesterday revealed the shocking ordeal in the hope of protecting other children.
"He was dragged off his pushbike by his hoodie and dragged into a house that was under construction and severely beaten up, kicked, kneed and punched," she said.
"He was beaten about the whole body."
The mother said her son wasn't able to communicate how long he had been held captive, but believes it may have been around an hour.
"They got him in there and basically attacked him severely, ripped all his clothes off, they had a knife to his throat and told him they were going to kill him," she said.
"They got him against a wall there and held a knife against his head and ear.

Female Sex Preditor Abuses Male Student

Busted: Forensics teacher Rachelle Nicole Heenan has been arrested after caught having a sexual relationship with one of her teenaged students

'Can't wait to show the kids all the cool things in forensics!' Teacher busted on sex charges with teen student

|

  • A science teacher has been jailed after having sex multiple times with one of her students at various hotels near her home.
Rachelle Nicole Heenan, a married mother of two, carried on the affair for several months until colleagues tipped off police about the illicit relationship.

Heenan, 34, is alleged to have struck up the friendship with the teenager after she began sending text messages to him.

Investigators said the pair met up outside a local gym in March where the relationship turned physical.
Later they checked into a hotel in Fort Worth, Texas, where they had sex for the first time.

The sexual encounters continued for several months with the pair checking into hotels after school and at the weekend.
The affair continued until rumours began circulating at the Hollenstein Career and Technology Centre in Fort Worth.

Officials began an investigation and called in police to investigate.
Heenan, a forensic science teacher, was suspended in May.
Police said the first meeting outside a gym sparked off the affair.

'Cannot wait to show the kids all the cool things in forensics'

- Rachelle Nicole Heenan, accused of sexual relationship with student
'That ultimately led to physical contact - kissing between the victim and suspect,' said Sgt. Pedro Criado with the Fort Worth Police Department.
'Sometime in March, the victim and the suspect met at a local hotel here in Fort Worth and had sex for the first time.'
Even though the alleged victim in this case is legally an adult, Texas law was strengthened in 2003 to outlaw sexual relationships between teachers and students, even if it’s among consenting adults.
Improper relationship between educators and students is a second-degree felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison.
Heenan’s page on the school’s website says she has been married for ten years and has two young children.
Soon after arriving at the school, she wrote that she 'cannot wait to show the kids all the cool things in forensics… In my spare time, I am usually spending time with my family, hunting or shopping.'
Heenan was released from jail on $10,000 bond after being arrested on Friday.

False Allergations - womens violence by proxy

Brian Banks' false rape accuser recants - didn't want to repay settlement

A day after an NFL team invited exonerated rape convict Brian Banks to its mini camp, surveillance video from Banks’ private investigator has surfaced that apparently shows the former football star’s accuser admitting that she lied.
The Times reported that Banks, 26, had served five years in prison for the alleged rape and was being required to register as a sex offender when he logged onto Facebook last year and had a friend request from his accuser, Wanetta Gibson.
Banks got Gibson to recant the sexual assault claim, despite concerns that she would have to repay a large settlement to Long Beach schools. The settlement is confidential, but the attorney who represented the school district during the civil negotiations told The Times the case was settled for $750,000.
In a video and story by NBC4, private investigator Freddie Parish said that he hid a camera in a potted plant and a camera pen in a basket to help record statements by Gibson when she met with Banks in the investigator’s office.
“There’s only one chance to get the goods,” Parish told the station. “You’ve got to get it right the first time.”
The two former school mates met twice in Parish’s office. In the first meeting, Gibson told Banks: “I would go through with helping you,” but admitted she was nervous about having to pay back part or all of the settlement.
“All that money they gave us, I mean gave me, I don’t want to have to pay it back, all of it, because that would take a long time,” Gibson said on surveillance camera in the NBC video.
Parish told NBC4 that he got Gibson to meet in his office again later to officially recant the testimony. At that meeting, the video captures Parish asking the accuser “Did he rape you?”
“No,” Gibson said, “he did not rape me.”
The video footage was enough to overturn Banks’ rape conviction in court after he had already served five years in prison.
News of that overturned conviction also helped Banks rekindle his dreams of playing in the NFL.
The Times' Sam Farmer reported that after a one-day tryout on Thursday, Seattle Seahawks Coach Pete Carroll liked enough of what he saw to bring Banks back to the team’s mini-camp. Carroll previously coached at USC and had showed interest in recruiting Banks, a local standout.
“He’s going to have to make something happen,” Carroll said in a news conference. “He’s going to have to go for it. We’re going to have to be careful, but he’s going to have to go for it and show us some stuff.”
Asked if Banks could make the team, Carroll said "it's very possible."
